SERVICES

MAJOR SERVICE

A major service includes the following: New oil & oil filter, fuel filter, air filter & spark plugs. All fluid levels are checked. The brakes are checked and adjusted where necessary. The CV boots, rubbers, mountings and bushes are checked for wear. The fan belts and cam belt are checked. Battery terminals are checked and replaced if necessary. All the lights are checked and globes replaced if required. The vehicle is washed and vacuumed on completion plus you will receive a full report of any additional repairs that need to be done.

MINOR SERVICE

A minor service includes the following: New oil and oil filter, fuel filter (if necessary), air filter (if necessary) and spark plugs. All engine components are checked. The vehicle is washed on completion.

ENGINE OVERHAULS

Whether we do a complete engine overhaul or an inline engine overhaul, you will receive a guarantee on our workmanship. On a complete engine overhaul we do the following: Remove complete engine; send cylinder head and engine block for engineering; fit new pistons, rings, gaskets, seals, bearings, valves, water pump, cam belt/timing chain, filters, thermostat, oil and heat sender units, etc.

For an 'up-and-under' engine overhaul we do the following: Remove cylinder head and send for engineering; hone the engine block; fit new pistons (if necessary) and rings; replace gaskets, seals, bearings and valves (where required), cam belt, filters, etc. This is a cheaper option than the complete engine overhaul but can only be done when there is no damage to the engine block.

CLUTCH REPAIRS

For a complete clutch overhaul we do the following: Remove gearbox; send flywheel for a skim; fit new clutch kit and release bearing; replace gearbox oil seal; refit gearbox.

We use only LUK or Valeo clutch kits.

BRAKE REPAIRS

Having good brakes is critical. We do not mess around with cheap brake accessories. Our preferred brake pad brand is SAFELINE. Not only do you receive an excellent guarantee but your safety is assured.
